“Çfarë është testi NIFTY? A janë NIPT dhe NIFTY e njëjta gjë? A ka rëndësi se cilin të zgjedhësh? Këto janë të gjitha pyetjet me të cilat përballen shumë gra shtatzëna kur ato vendosin për testimin prenatal.
Është e rëndësishme që nënat e ardhshme të kuptojnë qartësisht gjithcka para se të marrin vendime dhe të bazohen në informacione të besueshme, ndaj ne kemi vendosur t’ju shpjegojmë se çfarë është metoda NIPT dhe çfarë është testi NIFTY.
NIPT = test prenatal jo-invaziv
NIPT do të thotë test jo-invaziv prenatal. Këto janë teste gjenetike të bazuara në një mostër të gjakut të nënës. Kjo pasi në shtatzëninë e hershme, pothuajse çdo grua shtatzënë ka në gjakun e saj jo vetëm ADN-në e saj, por edhe të foshnjës. Duke testuar këtë ADN, ne mund të zbulojmë anomalitë gjenetike tek foshnja, siç është sindroma Down, që në tremujorin e parë të shtatzënisë.
Të gjitha testet NIPT janë të sigurta për gruan shtatzënë dhe fetusin. Ato janë ndër testet më të besueshme të skriningut, të cilat përfshijnë edhe matjen me ultratinguj të transulencës nuhale, testet e hormoneve të dyfishta dhe të katërfishta.

Teknologjia e avancuar NIFTY u jep prindërve rezultate jashtëzakonisht të besueshme për shëndetin gjenetik të fëmijës së tyre.
Një rezultat negativ NIFTY do të thotë se ka një probabilitet 99,99% që anomalitë e testuara të mos jenë të pranishme tek foshnja. Kjo siguri u jep prindërve një periudhë më të qetë të shtatzënisë.
NIFTY është NIPT-i më i vlefshëm në treg, i besuar nga më shumë se 9 milionë gra shtatzëna në mbarë botën.
Mostrat NIFTY by GenePlanet testohen në nga institucione të certifikuara nga Bashkimin Evropian, duke ndjekur kështu standardin evropian të cilësisë (i cili është ndër më të lartët në botë). Të gjitha këto janë arsye që bindin gjinekologët dhe nënat se testi NIFTY është zgjedhja e duhur edhe për to.
